Article one: The Keys to Brain Health: Light but Frequent Exercise
This article talks about how low-impact physical activity can boost brain health. This
article can help with my professional goal because I feel like exercise is very important
when it comes to any goal you want to obtain. I feel that you can reach those goals by
feeling good about yourself and that's by exercising. It not only helps your body but it also
helps your brain to concentrate and it makes it easier to focus on one thing at a time.

Article two: Here's Why you Should be Working with a Formal Diabetes Education
Program. This article talks about how about "84.1 million have pre-diabetes a condition
that can lead to type 2 diabetes within 5 years if not treated." (Cleveland Clinics, 2019,
June, 9). The article talks about that people who have type 2 diabetes won't always be the
same as other people who have type 2 diabetes that why they say it's important finding the
right program so that way they can be educated on how to live with type 2 diabetes. This
article can be used for my professional goal is being able to have the resources if I were to
work with patients with type 2 diabetes. When you do have patients they want to make sure
that you know what you are talking about and that they are able to trust you.

Article three: 5 Best Ways to Deal with Stress During a Crisis. This article talks about the
best ways to deal with stress during a crisis. I thought this would be a good article to have
because of what are nation is going through right now. Some of the things they mention in
the article is to breath. I think that's easier said than done but it is very important to take
so deep breath just to let the bad energy out.  The other thing the article mentions is to
make sure you are making time to exercise. It's so important to clear your mind by getting
out the house and going for a walk or a nice hike or a nice run to escape reality. This article
can be used for my professional goals is because if I'm working with clients who deal with a
lot of stress, I know I can give them things they can due to reduce their stress.
