Task 3.

My name is Depi Susen Dewi. I’m nurse M. Yunus hospital. When I start a
new shift, I listen to the nursing report from previous shift. The report is about the
patient’s condition and nursing interventions that has been done for each patient.
I observed a case of Mr. febriansyah putra Than Reason her was admitted to the
hospital her is the because of illness Mrs. Dona got worse and had to get treatment
from a doctor.

Then I asked about symptoms being experienced to the patient and the family,
from description of the symptoms that caused such as because as : fever increasing,
headches and dizziness , unwel , will experience fatigue, loss of appetite, bloated,
abdominal pain , nausea, and vomiting , pulse rate slows , white tongue, and chapter
pattern changes. From the description, I suspect patients affected by typhus. After that
before concluding whether it's typhus or not, I immediately perform a physical
examination Mrs. Dona, first check disease second, conduct laboratory tests, third,
identification of bacteria through the insulation and by serological tests Fourth,
reduce the heat to the compressed Fifth, giving antibiotics or medicinal plants that
have antipyretic effect, and lastly make diagnosis and intensive care . After a positive
typhus diagnosis, I was collaborating with a physician for further treatment and
appropriate treatment for Mrs .Dona for further treatment, the patient must be
