4 .The supplier PTR record list should mention

The type of conduit gate valve ( slab gate or expanding gate)

For each item mentioned .

The list should explicitly highlight the highest size

For each type of valve ( slab gate or expanding gate)

and each pressure rating and mark the the applicable PO

Inspection release note and the client approved drawing for

The highest size supplied in that order .

Mark it in yellow in the chart for better clarity.

5 .Vendor to note that enlistment will be limited only up to

The maximum size / type for each pressure rating and material type as per the

Supplier track records with all the requisite documents.
