motivation behind why individuals come to work

We all identify that teamwork is important in reaching goals.

to

Achieving success.

The best groups are intellectually various and mentally sheltered

 Reasonable and execution based pay:

 Surprising pay is the fourth Human Resource best practice. It has an inseparable tie to
pay and advantages.
 As a difficulty of first importance, in the event that you pay the ideal persons, you
need to repay them better than expected. These are the person that will increase the
value of your organization so you need to hold them and pay them decently.

A competitive advantage distinguish a company from his competitor. Contribute to
higher prices, more customers, and brand loyalty. Establishing such are advantages
are one of the most important goals of any company.

For example

If a company advertises a product at a lower price than a similar product from a

competitor, that company likely has a competitive advantage. The same is true if the
advertised products costs more but offer unique features that customers are willing to
pay for

HR is important as it helps in generating strong competitive advantage through their

Q.No.2. [06 Marks]

Explain employees testing with the help of real world example? What do you think either is
mandatory to investigate pre-employment background or not? If yes then mention how would
you conduct such investigation and vice versa? Explain which work simulation techniques
will implement on these jobs such as: Supervisor & Accountant?

Answer:

Testing has many advantages over traditional interviews and other

commonly used employee recruitment and placement procedures.

The tests are fair and they ask everyone the same questions.

Tests generally take less time than interviews, making them more efficient at obtaining job-
related information, such as a PERSONALITY test.

Some employers perform personality tests to measure various employee traits, such as
loyalty, reliability, and work attitudes.

These tests predict the probability of an employee engaging in counterproductive behavior.

They also measure whether an employee will perform well on the job. Personality tests are
handled in several ways and employers can customize them to better meet the needs of the
organization.

For example,

If an employer wants to administer a test to measure a candidate's sales focus, the company
can design one that requires the applicant to choose how to behave in certain sales situations.

Yes, it is required because, in general, a work history check can show identity verification,
employment verification, credit history, driver history, criminal history, education
confirmation and many others.

We can carry out investigations through this process that I mentioned below:

1. Inform the applicant that a background check will be performed.

2. Find out what information you can request under state law.
3. Choose a Registered Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA).
4. Make sure the chosen CRA is FCRA compliant.
5. Hire a CRA and request a report.
6. Review the reference report and make a hiring decision.

For the supervisor:

 Manage a group of 10 people and many of them work to make work

more efficient and faster.

Accountant:

 Count the wages of 10 people and pay according to their working

hours.

For example.

2 employees worked 8 hours, 3 employees worked 6 hours, 5 employees

worked 12 hours, etc.

Q.No.3. [06 Marks]

Consider you are developing a software house, where you lead approximately 4 to 5 group of
people. Your task is to develop a full fledge web based system for an International Company,
an ecommerce organization. Your team members are not properly working according to the
requirement of customer. Being a system analyst for better working you had decided to start
training programs of your workers. Explain what could be the staffing factor that contribute
to this issue? How would you analysis these issues and identify either it is in fact a training
issues or not? Do you think it is compulsory to give orientation to all new employees either
they are experienced or not? If yes then explain with proper reasoning and one real world
example and vice versa?

Answer:

The staffing factor can be the wrong selection of people and may
also have some less investigations of their skills. Because if selections and staffing is not
appropriate then definitely they can’t work appropriate.

To Analyze these issue I would like to arrange a testing of their work by giving them some small
tasks to all employs according to their working. And after that I will be able to know either its
training lacks or not. If they complete their task than its means it’s not training issues and if they
can’t than its means they are required to train.

YES. It is compulsory to give orientation to all new employees either they are experienced or not
because every organization have their own culture and working styles. By the help of orientations
we can show them our working style and culture and you have to adopt this culture for proper
working.
