violation for Shivam Iron & Steel Co Ltd at Giridih.

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to engage your services and place the work order for providing assistance and guidance in
the EC process for our proposal under violation at Giridih.

A. Scope of Work for Consultant

a) Baseline study of the project site on the basis of TOR

b) Submission of draft EIA report to JSPCB for public hearing and assistance

c) Preparation of Final EIA and submission to MoEF&CC

d) Technical presentation for grant of environmental clearance before EAC

e) Reply to all technical queries of competent authorities till grant of final EC

A. Scope of Work for Project Proponent

a) To provide copy of TOR

b) To provide all details and documents submitted for TOR application i.e PFR, Layout etc

b) To provide necessary technical and legal documents as and when required during EC process

c) To bear the cost of boarding and lodging charges of Vardan Personnel during PH & Ba seline study

d) To provide all statutory clearance such as from forest department, Ground water etc

e) To bear additional cost for any additional studies as per TOR/EAC
