ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Admission & Examination Application form for the PG Diploma course will be
issued between 5th and 8th August, 2020 at the above mentioned address.
Timing - 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

2. The application form should be filled in English only by the candidate herself.

3. Name and address of the candidate should be written in BLOCK LETTERS in the
appropriate column in the application form.

4. Affix the passport size photo without fail.

5. The filled-in application form should be submitted on THURSDAY, 13 AUGUST
2020 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm with the following enclosures:
a) Xerox of 10th and Degree/equivalent examination marks statement.
b) Transfer Certificate.
c) Recently taken 4 passport size photos.
d) Community Certificate.
6. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstance.
