• To oversee total operation of the hotel and condominuim overnight by ensuring a
smoothly and effective operation and courteous service are provided to guest.
• To handle complaints and report all important matters occurred while on duty and
record in the duty manager’s log book.
• Check and make sure all staffs is working as scheduled.
• To inspect all vacant guest’s room, public area, all outlets and around the hotel.
