Customer Description:
The coolant level murphy gauges for the LTA & JW are wired into customer
input 2, this input is becoming active after 1 hour of dynamic testing. The
LTA murphy gauge indication shows the contact closed indicating low
coolant level, the actual coolant level was investigated & the standard
coolant level sight glass indicated correct coolant level. However when the
radiator filler cap was removed foam and froth was observed

Step 2 – Possible Causes
▪ Possible Causes
– Incorrect Routing of the lower pipe to the Murphy Gauge
– Loose connections vent lines between engine thermostat
and radiator connections
– General routing of the coolant pipes
