Subject: Surrender of Gas Connection-Reg

Respected Sir/Madam,
Due to job change, I am moving to my home town permanently and I need to close my gas
account/Surrender. I am unable to reach your office to close the account due to Maruti vihar
society locked situation (Covid-19). Since my flight tomorrow to my hometown in the morning, I
am unable to come to your office to surrender and close the account.
On Behalf of me, my friend Mr. M. Sekar (residing in Flat No.134, Ground floor, Saraswati
vihar, Chakkarpur, Gurgaon) will surrender cylinder , Regulator and gas connection documents
for closing connections.
I give my signed Adhaar card document and this letter for your action.
I request you to close the connection and give deposit amount to above mentioned person
