IF I AM A CEO PRESIDENT OF THE COMBANY the first thing I

will look after my employees. Because a business will not work
without manpower in the company . I will make sure that they will get
the support that they need during this uncertainties , you may have all
the resources like machines , equipment’s etc. but if there is no
employees your business will close or will not operate , all the
business will be useless without it’s important resources and that’s
your manpower which is your people or employees .

1.2. One of the basic Precautions or control resources that must be

done and most be first seen in your company or business is
contingency plan the management can take as basic in setting
control measure for their employees safety . capital safety and
business safety in order to protect the stakeholders . specifically
the employees the stakeholders are considered the owners of the
business and lastly the business itself.

1.3.To lessen great financial losses in the unexpected crisis brought by

the pandemic , business should think of suitable strategy to be able to
keep their business on track. They should adept the changes brought
by the pandemic . market development can be one because by this you
can introduce new product or services to your customers . another one
is retrenchment by scheduling your employees through shifting
instead of losing their jobs . E-commerce can also be a great help,
delivering the products to your customers home instead of going out .
the management should also see the welfare of its employees because
the success of a business relies also in the hands of its employees . for
the finance side a loss cannot be avoided but with the right strategy
you can lessen your loses. It is better to create income for this period
then to never have an income at all . after this pandemic you can make
or think of better options to double or even triple your income .

1,4.First I will discuss the negative impacts of this pandemic.

Business was the first one impacted by this crisis , people lost their
jobs , others need to work at home , businesses had stopped their
 operations or was forced to closed , people hoarded essentials which
left the underprivileged out the left overs of those

hunger and death, but despite of the negative effects, there are also
advantages especially for the families who stayed at home, they were
able to bord with their children and often family members, less
pollution . pollution in all parts of the world significantly decrease
resulting to the healing of one of the widest ozone hole. Also global
temperature has stented to stabilize without benefit both the human
and animal population , people also stented to slow down and heal
from their own problems like rebirth for everyone so after this
pandemic everybody will be wiser and more humane.

2.2. To keep the business in operation and stay attuned to the set goals
and objectives of the company and to have a win-win situation for
both the employees and its owners the management can apply the
skeletal workforce or skeletal workforce wherein solo of the
employees will go to work and the other half will work from home but
this skeletal workforce arrangement will have a shortened working
hours in order for employees to be at their home before the set curfew.

2.3. the simplest way to contribute into this pandemic to both my

country and countrymen is to abide to the rules and regulation of the
government and being a model to my fellow countryman sharing my
knowledge about this virus can also make them further understand
the advantages and disadvantages of not following the guidelines set
by the government . secondly if you have extra saving you can also
contribute to the so-called poorest of the poor or the people in your
community who are less fortunate.
