    ACADEMIC POLICY RESOLUTION NO.

    SERIES OF 2019
    A Resolution for the Amendments on the underlying items of the Implementing Rules and
    Regulations of the Academic Competitions in the 18th Regional Mid-Year Convention

    WHEREAS IRR 6.8 The top ten (10) contestants accumulating the highest points shall
    advance to the final round.

    RESOLVED IRR 6.8 The top five (5) contestants accumulating the highest points during
    elimination round shall be declared as the 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, 4th
    place and 5th place, respectively.
