IV. Background of the Business:

Since the owner is not around, she went abroad so I asked the head of the

crew in that business which is Mrs. Rowena. I asked her where did the business starts

and she told me that it starts by an experience. The experience of the owner Mrs.

Turqueza, when she went to Manila for his seminar on his work she felt some

stressed and went to nearby spa’s for massage and she felt some relief. Not just that

but she wants to be beautiful not to impressed but to be a proper professional so she

tried also facial massage. Because of that and as a business minded person she puts a

business in order to satisfy her wants, not only that but to earn profit too. She named

NANDANA WELLNESS AND SPA because of her two loving daughter Nancy and

Dana. She named it over her daughters because when she is thinking about putting a

business, she is pregnant with Dana and Nancy was fun of doing nail polish and

massaging her mom’s head. This business also has a branch in Manila, Pangasinan

and Baguio City. She put it also not for her own benefit but for the benefit of her

daughters in the near future.

VII. The Service Process:

Procedures:

1. Cleansing with hot water and foam.

2. After cleansing, apply tea tree, aloe vera and cleansing milk.

3. After 10 minutes apply cleansing scrub.

4. Apply massage cream.

5. After 5 minutes steamed it with the steaming machine for 20 minutes.

6. Freaking of black and white heads with the freaking machine.

7. Vacuum and laser the remaining with the vacuum and laser machine.

8. Apply pore closer.

9. Apply sunblock.
