Colombian Food is completely delicious but my favorite is “The tray paisa”, I was in Medellin
and buy a paisa tray of twenty thousand pesos, my family and I after eat were loving this
colombian dish, I have been days ago investigating their preparation and it is so this is complex
to do however is one of the best, first must be prepared the rice around 30 minutes and on the
other hand the main ingredient is made which is the bean in a Pressure cooker and so have to
ingredients main although the chicharrón, the chorizo, the plantain and the arepa are very crispy
and it is the most delicious of the dish and finally is accompanied by avocado and a fried egg as a
final touch.

The places where they sell this dish is in all the cities of Colombia in firstly the city principal is
medellin because it was created in that city as a result of the above, it has become very common
throughout the country, medellin are promoting its magical tourist places that has the city for this
reason is much visit and sold her food too before this world situation.

The memories of colombian people with this dish are many because there is a strong chance that
be remembered as a historic meal since many years ago, a paisa said “I buy for feel good about
myself this paisa tray and I proud of this”, a woman who cooks has had many recognitions for its
rich sazón, by comparison with others cooks in medellin and the best chef of Colombia said that
it is greatly superior to the others Colombian foods.

The people in Colombia have the best energy of all by comparison with other countries, the
paisas will have the best energy and one of the best city in Colombia on the other are the people
of Bogotá because they have places very important and they are very good people and it is often
said that the sanctuary of Monserrate is the best place to visit in the capital.

The prices for the paisa tray have a great variety as a result positive in sales of this dish, If they
had a discussion for money would not sell across the country and in view of that medellin invent
this recet, the prices there are higher than in other cities.
