SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
I, EVELYN V. ABUNDO, widow of Rex C. Abundo, 59 years old, with
residence and postal address at Purok 1 Brgy. La Suerte, Prosperidad, Agusan
del Sur, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law and by this
presents do hereby appoint and constitute my son REX V. ABUNDO JR.,
likewise of legal age, with postal address at Purok 1 Brgy. La Suerte,
Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT,
for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts
and deeds:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf in securing

Clearances in different Government Agencies and/or Offices of
Local Government Unit of Agusan del Sur, for my deceased
husband who died on April 23, 2020.

2. To process and file claims for eparation and/or benefits

before the Government Offices, arising from the death of my
husband REX C. ABUNDO;and

3. To file and receive whatever may be awarded in the claim

filed before the said Offices of the Government

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and all acts useful or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution
and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-
in-fact or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
