5.0 SUMMARY:
1. Final Visual and dimensional inspection of the Structural items was performed at the
vendor facility as per the approved drawings. The items included Clamp of shoe,All
the dimensions were verified which included length, width, height thickness etc.
The results of Dimensional inspections were found to be ok as per the drawings, the
results were found to be acceptable.
2. Final coating inspection of the finished structural items was also performed, DFT
was checked for the top coat randomly by using a calibrated DFT meter

Note:
1.This report must be completed by hand/typed while at the Vendor and E-mailed from the vendor to Inspection
Coordinator and Functional Quality Engineer of Petrofac.
2.Any NCR observed during Inspection shall be notified to PECO Quality Engineer within 24 hours of Inspection for issuance
and concurrence.
