ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Regular | Irregular | Returning


STUDENTS

FIRST SEMESTER, 2020 - 2021


DEFINITION OF STUDENT STATUS during ENROLMENT
REGULAR STUDENT - student who enroll a BLOCK SECTION (no adding or removing
of subjects within the specific block section)

IRREGULAR STUDENT - student who may enroll a BLOCK SECTION but needs an
additional subject/s within a department or from another department/s; or
removal of subjects within the BLOCK SECTION;

RETURNING STUDENT - student who did not enroll during the previous semester
(Second Semester, 2019 - 2020) and required to undergo re-enrollment approval
from the Department Head, secure clearance from concerned offices and pay back
accounts.

CROSS-ENROLLEE - Student who seek approval from another department to enroll


subject/s (within and for RTU students only).
PROCEDURE FOR REGULAR STUDENTS
STEP1: Go to the DEPARTMENT'S SUBJECT OFFERINGS link to check your
BLOCK section schedules.

STEP2: Log into your DEPARTMENT's PRE-ENLISTMENT FORM and fill-up the
necessary fields (from 8:00AM until 4:00PM only, Monday to Thursday).

STEP3: Log into your student account (the next day or the following day from
Monday to Thursday only) to check the status of your enrolment.

PROCEDURE FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS
STEP1: Go to the DEPARTMENT'S SUBJECT OFFERINGS link to check
your subject offerings and schedules.

STEP2: Download the pre-erolment form (follow the link inside the
Google Drive to download this form).

STEP3: Fill up the pre-enrolment form with subjects that you will
enroll.
PROCEDURE FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS
STEP4: Save your pre-enrolment form in a PDF format.

STEP5: Log into the Pre-enlistment Form, fill-up the necessary fields
and upload your pre-enrolment form (from 8:00AM until 4:00PM only,
Monday to Thursday). If needs to get subject from other department,
follow the procedure for Cross-enrolment.

STEP6: Log into your student account (the next day or the following
day from Monday to Thursday only) to check the status of your
enrolment.

PROCEDURE FOR CROSS-ENROLMENT
STEP1: Go to the DEPARTMENT'S SUBJECT OFFERINGS link to check the
schedule of the subject that you need to cross-enroll.

STEP2: Download the pre-erolment form for cross-enrolee (follow the


link inside the Google Drive to download this form).

STEP3: Fill up the cross-enrollee pre-enrolment form with subjects


that you will take from other department.
PROCEDURE FOR CROSS-ENROLMENT
STEP4: Save your pre-enrolment form in a PDF format.

STEP5: Log into the Pre-enlistment Form of the department you want
to cross-enroll, fill-up the necessary fields and upload your cross-
enrolee pre-enrolment form (from 8:00AM until 4:00PM only, Monday
to Thursday).

STEP6: Log into your student account (the next day or the following
day from Monday to Thursday only) to check the status of your
enrolment.

PROCEDURE FOR
RETURNING STUDENTS with APPROVED LEAVE OF ABSENCE
STEP1: Email the Department Head to request for re-admission. On your
email, attach your Approved Leave of Absence with Email Subject Line: Re-
Admission _ Your name (Example: Re-Admission_Santos, Juan D.). Copy
Furnish or cc: scholarship@rtu.edu.ph.

STEP2: If the re-admission request is approved, your Department Head


will send and direct you to accomplish the Academic Warning Waiver
Form, if grades are evaluated as “Academic Warning or Academic
Probation”.
PROCEDURE FOR
RETURNING STUDENTS with APPROVED LEAVE OF ABSENCE
STEP3: Send the accomplished Academic Warning Waiver Form to your
Department Head.

STEP4: Your Department Head will send you the subjects that you will
enroll for this semester and you will also be directed to a link (URL) to
check the schedule and to download the PRE-Enrolment Form.

STEP5: Fill up the pre-enrolment form with subjects that you will enroll.

STEP6: Save your pre-enrolment form in a PDF format.


PROCEDURE FOR
RETURNING STUDENTS with APPROVED LEAVE OF ABSENCE
STEP7: Log into the Pre-enlistment Form, fill-up the necessary fields and
upload your pre-enrolment form (from 8:00AM until 4:00PM only,
Monday to Thursday). If needs to get subject from other department,
follow the procedure for Cross-enrolment.

STEP8: Log into your student account to check the status of your
enrolment. (if account cannot be accessed email micboni@rtu.edu.ph).
