Method Of Statement For Perforated pipes

1-Scope:
1.1- This work procedure is about the Scope of Subsoil Drainage
Network to be executed at private gardens, of different buildings
and as specified in the approved drawings and at places as per
shop drawings.
2-Work Procedure:
2.1- Surveying for Levels and Coordinates of Perforated pipes shall be
made before starting.
2.2 - Laying Geotextile with the section parameter With overlapping
distance of (5-10cm)
2.3 - Supplying Perforated Pipes.
2.4 - Wrapping Perforated pipes by non-woven Geotextile 300 gm/m².
2.5 - Installing pipes , fitting and Cleanout .
2.6 - Adjusting the Slopes.
2.7- Installing Crushed stone to Complete the section with the
required thickness (20*40 cm).
2.8 – Wrapping the Geotextile around the Crushed Stone
* Inspection Request (IR) will be submitted to the Engineer after
finishing all Work Procedures.
 3-Materials:
3.1- UPVC pipes 4" Perforated.
3.2- Fittings (Elbow, Endcap,Tee,Coupling ).
3.3- Geotextile 300 gm/m².
3.4- Crushed Stone.
4-Equipments:
4.1- Surveying Instruments.
4.2- adhesive
4.3- scissors
4.4- Chainsaw
4.5- Meter
