Our Turmeric Tea(Haldi Chai) is grown within the state of Odisha, in India. The
entire herbal fingers are harvested, cleaned then dried in solar and/or electric
dryers reaching a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius. It’s then
tumbled by machine for up to six hours, to get rid of the skin, a process called
"double-polished". Once skins are removed, the organic is ground into powder.
goldenseal, also referred to as Indian saffron, or the "Spice of Life", is that the
rhizome of an herbaceous perennial plant native to India, and is within the same
family as ginger. The rhizome is employed fresh, or dried then cut in chunks or
ground into powder, and is employed in many medicinal and culinary
applications.

Common Use: As a spice, turmeric has been a staple in South Asian cuisines
and is appreciated for its warm, peppery, and slightly bitter taste and powerful
yellow color which may be incorporated during a multitude of recipes,
including stir-fries, food, smoothies, juices, teas, or taken in capsule form. it's
recommended to consume herbal with a source of fat to extend absorption of its
health properties also like a pinch of black pepper which contains Piperine, a
natural substance that will boost the bioavailability of curcumin by 2000% .
The intense golden color of turmeric tea may be widely utilized in food (curry
powders, mustards, cheese, etc), cosmetics, and even used as a cloth dye.
