RENTAL PRICE LIST

for auditorium, lobby, & meeting rooms

ROOM RENTAL RATES


• The auditorium requires a minimum 3-hour rental
• All other rooms require a minimum 2-hour rental
• All Saturday party rentals require a minimum 4-hour rental
• The lobby is included in the auditorium rental fee
• No HST is charged on top of the posted rates

PLEASE NOTE:
• Proof of liability insurance must be provided by each group/person renting the facility.
o If you already have commercial insurance coverage, True North Church must be
listed as “additional insured” on the insurance certificate you provide us a copy of.
This is easily done by your insurance broker.
o You can purchase an Event Liability Policy easily from various sources such as:

§ www.palcanada.com/index.php/en-us/event-hosts/special-events-liability
• Management reserves the right to lower or increase these posted rates.
• Additional charges may apply (as necessary) for custodial/cleanup, room setup, tables,
chairs, audio/visual/lighting equipment or services, and Wi-Fi access.
