1 PROJECT BRIEF

1.1 INTRODUCTION

Drug De-addiction:

 Drug fixation is a constant, persistent disorder portrayed by the mission for


furthermore, utilization of urgent medications and neurochemical and molecular
brain changes.
 Drug addiction is becoming a major health problem in India with some reports
suggesting that by the end of 2025 as many as 35% of people in India might
become addicted.

Mental illness and Life sufferers:

 Mental illness is the most crippling and helpless of the diseases that affect
mankind, bring a life of pain, misery, and hardship to its victims and their families.
 Almost one percent of mankind faces this disorder, about 20 percent of which will
remain chronic. In the history of our nation, it means nearly one crore of our
population are survivors of different forms of mental illness, and that 20 Lakhs
are likely and become chronic.
 Also, the entire personality of the victims is unstable because of their mental
faculties. They leave the mainstream of culture and are punished both by the
immediate community and by society as a whole. What they need is not just
medical treatment but multiple therapeutic methods to restore them to an
ordinary semblance of functionality.

Depression:

Depression is a serious medical illness. Symptoms can include:

 Poor or sorrowful mood


 loss of confidence or satisfaction in your current tasks
 Weight loss
 Sleeping or oversleeping problems
  Loss of energy
  Feelings of lack of importance
 Ideas of death or suicide
