In view of Proclamations No. 922 and 929 of President Rodrigo Roa-Duterte placing the
country under the State of Public Health Emergency and State of Calamity, respectively,
due to COVID-19 threats, other subsequent issuances of the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED), Department of Health (DOH) and Civil Service Commission (CCS),
LGU declaration of community quarantine or lockdown where our campus is located, as
well as those other LGUs where some SKSU employees are residing, the undersigned
key officials request your good office to allow us to:

1. All Campuses to shut down;;

2. Faculty members regardless of designation and status,
3. Determine the skeletal work force on essential services in our respective
campus to continue reporting upon declaration;
4. Devise and adopt alternative work arrangements in accordance with the CSC
MC No. 7, s. 2020;
5. Decide appropriately in the campus level on any concerns relative to COVID-
19 threats and preventions;
6. Request the services of the school bus to transport SKSU personnel from or
to Isulan, ACCESS and Tacurong in the morning and afternoon, observing
strict social distancing;

be undertaken based on circumstances at hand.
