o I was the head for the Employee Relations and Development section
o I was responsible for handling the cases forwarded from the Office of the
Ombudsman and the Civil Service Commission regarding employees in the City
Government
o I entertain all the complaints filed against City Government Employees including
8888 complaints forwarded from the office of the President
o I prepare position papers regarding Sangguniang Panlungsod resolutions and
ordinances which requires the opinion of the Human Resource and Development
Office
o I orient employees during the Newly Hired Orientation regarding the Code of Ethics
o I prepare the Notices to Explain and Clarificatory Conference memorandums and
serve it to the employee concerned
o I am the secretariat of the Human Resource Development Office – Head during
Clarificatory Conferences and act as the presiding officer in the absence of the
HRDO-Head

o I was tasked to aid the Sangguniang Kabataan office in the implementation of their
activities and seminars held for the elected Sangguniang Kabataan Official

o I am responsible for coaching the applicants and handling mock interviews for the
Attachment to CS Form No. 212
applicants to be more equipped and prepared during the actual interviews held by the
Call Center Companies
o I was the contact person for the Call Center Companies who would want to form
partnership with the City Government
