NOTIFICATION: -
Under the provision of section – 4 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Appointment, Deputation, Posting and
Transfer of Teachers, Instructors and Doctors) Regulatory act 2011, contract period of the following Physical
Education Teacher (PET ) appointed Vide Endstt: 9883-89/Dated: Bannu 15-07-2019 is hereby extended with
effect from 01-09-2020 up to 31-08-2021 on school based BPS – 15 (Rs. 16120 -1330-56020) @ 16120 fixed plus
usual allowances as admissible under the rules on adhoc basis on contract under the existing policy of the
provincial Government in teaching cadre on the terms and condition given below: -

Terms & Conditions:

1. Charge report should be submitted to all concerned.
2. TA/DA is not allowed.
3. Appointment is purely on Temporary/Adhoc/Contract and School Based for a period of one-year w.e.f. 01-09-2020
up to 31-08-2021
4. Their services are liable to termination on one month’s prior notice. In case of resignation without notice, their one
month pay/allowances shall be forfeited to the Government treasury.
5. They will be governed by such rules and regulations as may be issued from time to time by the Govt.
6. Their appointments are made purely on School based, they will have to serve at the place of posting, and their
services are not transferrable to any other station.
7. Their services shall be terminated at any time in case their performance is found unsatisfactory during their contract
period. In case of misconduct they shall be proceed under the rules framed time to time.
8. This extension for one year is subject to the condition that if they have regularly performed duty up to 31-08-2021.
