understand that I have been awarded provisional admission to
Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, and
that I have to meet eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Undergraduate
Prospectus. I will submit the educational certificates and DMC’s for admission
latest by the third week of September.

I further understand that if I fail to meet the eligibility criteria by the given
date, I shall automatically cease to exist on the Institute’s roll and refund of
already paid fee will be made upon timely submission of ineligibility proof and
written request to the Institute.

I promise to abide by the rules, regulations and code of ethics of the Institute
now in place or as amended and promulgated in future.

During the course of my studies at GIK Institute, I will not hold the Institute
responsible for any injury/damage to my health incurred during the laboratory
work, industrial visit or sports/recreational activities.

I also understand that if I am found making misstatements or willfully

concealing facts or submitting fake/forged documents etc, I shall be liable to
immediate expulsion from the Institute.
