Master, Government Higher Secondary
School, Vilundhamavadi and recover Rs.
5,559/- every month (2/3 of Rs. 9,339 after
deduction of Rs. 1,000 i.e. Rs. 5,559/-) through
his garnishee,
of the 3rd respondent which he is drawing
from the office of The Branch Manager,
Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation,
Thiruvarur Branch and recover Rs.8,152/-
every month (2/3 of Rs. 13,229 after deduction
of Rs. 1,000 i.e. Rs. 8,152/-) through his
garnishee and grant such other relief as this
Honourable court may deed fit and necessary
in the facts and circumstances of the case and
thus render justice.
