Agreement for Sale of Salvage / Damaged Vehicle

IT IS HEREBY SOLEMNLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: --

1. The seller agrees to sell the vehicle Reg. No. DL1CU9888, to the purchaser for
the amount of Rs. 198000.00/- (Rs. One Lac Ninety Eight Thousand
Only)

1. The Purchaser agrees to purchase the said vehicle in cash or issuing single
cheque / DD of the amount agreed.

2. The Purchaser agrees to transfer the vehicle registration in the books of RTO
within 30 days from the date of purchase and will bear the cost of the transfer
fees, which is to be paid to the RTO.

3. The Purchaser will insure the vehicle at his own cost and provide the copy of the
insurance policy to the seller within 15 days of sale/purchase.

4. The Purchaser will not use the vehicle or allow anybody else to misuse the vehicle
for any unlawful act or terrorist activity.

5. That the purchaser will be fully and solely liable and responsible for the any
claim, compensation, fines, which are the outcome of any accident or unlawful
 use of the vehicle or any act which is/or would amount to terrorist activity, from
the date of sale/purchase and the seller will not be responsible.

6. In case of any such claim, compensation, fine after the date of sale/purchase, the
purchaser will be solely liable and responsible and will make good the losses at
his own cost.

7. The seller has got the policy cancelled, that the purchaser will take his fresh
insurance policy with immediate effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have put their respective hands the day and year
first hereinabove written.
