Important Instructions to the Candidates

1. Candidates who wish to apply for TS ECET - 2020 are requested to fill in the
particulars carefully in ONLINE mode only. The application filling procedure consists
of three steps.
Step 1: Application Fee Payment
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Step 3: Print Your Filled In Registration Form
The required information should be collected from the relevant documents as
mentioned in User Guide.
2. All the candidates should bring print out of their Hall Ticket to the Examination Hall at
the time and day of Examination.
3. Also, the candidates should bring the printout of Registration Form to the Examination
Hall with a latest passport size photograph affixed and duly signed by a Gazetted
Officer/ Principal of the College where the candidate has studied.
4. Candidates have to select and appear for only one Test for TS ECET – 2020. Candidates
are advised to select the appropriate Test for TS ECET – 2020 based on their
specialization in Diploma and their interest of taking Admission into a specific Degree
course. The list of Diploma courses, List of Tests offered in TS ECET 2020 and list of
Degree courses to seek admission is given in “Instruction Booklet”
5. Candidates are advised to visit the allotted Test Center one day before the date of
Examination to avoid any inconvenience to reach Test Center in time on the day
Examination.
6. Candidates are required to report to the Test Center by 08.30 AM for the morning
session and 1.30 PM for evening session on the day of Examination as the
candidates have to undergo the registration process at the Test Center which
includes taking of photograph, capturing of finger print etc.
7. Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination hall after 10.00 AM for morning
session and after 3.00 PM for evening session and will not be permitted to leave the
examination hall before 01.00 PM for morning session and 6.00 PM for evening
session.
8. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he/she is answering the
correct Question Paper of the branch for which he/she has applied.
9. The candidate is required to verify his / her Hall Ticket Number, Name, Branch,
Photograph etc., displayed on the screen before commencement of the test on the day
of Examination.
10. Candidates must handover the Online Application Form to the Invigilator in the
Examination Hall on the day of Examination.
11. Question paper will be in English only.
12. Information required for filling online application:
 Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma / Degree)
 Marks Memo./ Hall ticket number of Diploma / Degree
 Date of Birth
 Birth Certificate issued by competent authority / SSC or Equivalent
Certificate.
 Hall ticket No. of SSC or Equivalent examination Certificate.
 Local Status (OU/AU/SVU/ Non-local)
 The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or competent authority.
 Income of Parents (Below 1 lakh / 1 lakh and above-below 2 lakhs / 2 lakhs
and above)
 The Income certificate issued by competent authority for reserved Category
 The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.
 Special Category (NCC, PH, Sports, CAP, etc.)
 The Certificate issued by competent authority.
 Recent passport size color photograph (size < 50 KB) of candidate for uploading.
 Signature of the candidate (Scanned) (Size < 30KB) for uploading.
 Test Center to which candidate wishes to appear for TS ECET-2020 examination.
 Gender (Male / Female / Transgender).
 Community (SC/ST/BC/ Others), Minority Status (Non-Minority/Minority).
 Mobile Number of the candidate.
 Place where Studied Diploma/Graduation corporation/Municipality/Rural area.
