CH2 Adjustable Choke Calibration
Setting Procedure

This procedure will cover all CH2 Adjustable Choke calibration settings.

1.0 Turn the Choke handwheel counter clockwise to the full open position

1.1 Use a 3/16” allen wrench and


loosen the calibration sleeve set
screw (See Figure 1). Move the
calibration sleeve up against the
handwheel.

1.2 Look at the top of the bonnet for a


mark (See Figure 2).

If a mark is not visible, use a three


corner file and make a mark as
shown (See Figure 3). The mark
can be located in any location on
the top of the bonnet, but it should
be in an area that is visible while
operating the choke.

2.0 Turn the Choke handwheel clockwise to the full closed position

2.1 Loosen the calibration sleeve set


screw and adjust the calibration
sleeve to the 0 position (See
Figure 4).

When the Choke handwheel is


opened fully it may pass the
128/64” mark, but opening beyond
it will not increase flow (See Figure
5).
