FIRST IMPRESSIONS WHEN YOU OPEN THE AIRLOCK:

GOVERNMENT, LAW, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL INFORMATION:

Davighar has a population of 1781 sentients. The world is governed by a self-


perpetuating Oligarchy, a minority isolated from the population. Several councils,
wether equal in power or ranked according to system, each exercise influence over
the government. The authority is undivided.

No laws at all, there is an effective state of anarchy. The Weapons law level is
actually non existing, there are no prohibitions on ownership and carrying. There
is no criminal Law. Everyone has to take care of himself.

No laws regulating trade are in existence. The Civil law level is low. A well
placed bribe can smooth things out. The government does nothing to impact the
personal freedom of its citizens.

Davighar is a low population, non-industrial, totally unimportant world, with


small resources and a nonexistant labour force as well as a nonexisting

The port has cramped, low capacitiy facilities. The port has-16 surfaced landing
pads, and a landing strip for small craft incapable of vertical takeoff and
landing. A few of the landing areas feature covered hangars. Landing guidance is

surface or in orbit), a 15 km radius around it and up to 15 km above it. Traffic
control relies on positive identification, tracking and direction of all craft
within the Starport Control Zone. Starport Ground controls craft from after landing
to just prior to takeoff. The Starport Tower controls all other movements,
including takeoff.
