Introduction:
In the world, almost everywhere one looks technology abounds. Within the last few
years, these tools and applications have fundamentally changed the way people live,
learn and communicate. There is no longer doubt that multimedia application design
offers new insights into the learning process, gives possibilities to represent information
and knowledge in a new and innovative way and have the potential to transform
education. However, technology is not the issue; it is a catalyst and provides new
opportunities to improve the quality of education including educational assessment.

Scenario:
The AWESchool was experiencing numerous limitations with paper based testing.
Paper based testing had limitations. It takes too much times. To solve this problem
Dean decided to take a step to by introducing computer based test in that school. But
this system had some requirements. Like the ability to deliver exams securely to
computer labs and student laptops, without compromising exam security. In order to
secure faculty buy-in, the dean also knew that the new system had to be user-friendly
and require a minimal amount of training.

Problems:
By replacing paper based test by computers valuable time can be saved but some other
problems can make trouble:

1. Paper based system is comparatively cheaper than computer based system. So,
a good amount of money and excessive amount of time is needed to done this
replacement.
2. Continuous electricity supply is another requirement.
3. Paper based system is easier than computer based system.
 4. Skilled employee needed to operate the computer based system.

Solution:
In comparison with paper based testing system, we suggest computer based testing
system is the one that can solve all the above mentioned problems. But as the
computer based system has the ability to make testing process more secure and fair, so
this system can be the evolution in education system.

Conclusion:
So, we have to go ahead with technology as our earth is becoming a technology based
world. So, the school needs an operating system which can easily fulfill all the above
mentioned requirements. After analyzing the requirement I suggest using mostly
available operating system like windows, as it can fulfill the requirements easily.
