Goal:

1. To set my career in Electrical & HVAC Contracting business.

2. To acquire sound knowledge business tactics.

Resources:

1. Relevant experience of executing large scale projects successfully, hence technical

knowledge of this field.
2. Contacts with vendors/suppliers.
3. Availability of human resources/Labour.

Achieving the Goal:

My friend and I have taken the first step. We have launched the company named “Aitbaar Consulting
and Engineering Services (ACES)”. My friends is working to get new projects while my task is to get
quotations of materials from the vendors in order to fill tender, I also arrange man power when and
where required.
We have successfully completed our very first job at Rajby Textile – Korangi. And we are working
over to get new projects.

Besides this, i am working as a freelancer. My ongoing tasks include consulting/providing expert

advices to my client regarding carrying out electrical works, such as designing electrical and
communication drawings/shop drawings, extracting quantities from the drawings for procurement,
testing of distribution cables and writing fitness reports for cables.
