Your Application is READY for Printing.
Once you PRINT the application form you will NO LONGER be able to EDIT your information, Please
Cross-check your details carefully before printing.

kabla ya kuchapisha fomu ya maombi.

After filling in all the required information in the printed Application form do the
following:-
 1. Scan two pages (page# 2: Declaration and page#5 : Signatures) of the application form
2. Login into your account again to upload the scanned documents in pdf
3. To upload scanned page# 2: (Applicants Declaration) and page# 5: (Signatures) click on 'Declaration
and Signatures' on the left Menu.
4. Your Loan Application is NOT COMPLETE unless you have uploaded the required documents.
5. After Uploading all necessary documents, Click Application Status and Print Application Package for your
own Reference and to submit your application hard copy to HESLB
