A zoom board meeting was initiated at 9:40 am on August 22,2020.

Present: Hazel Coelho, Linda Ward, Paula Hansen, Donna Lafreniere and Michael Dixon.

Purpose of the meeting was to discuss LGA play day issues including number playing, games and 10 p

All were in agreement for this year we should relax the 10 person requirement  and encourage everyon
changing the procedures long term and plan to return once we are through these trying times. 

After discussion will move to a modified shotgun starting next week which will also require scheduled d
low congregation numbers in those areas. Start time will be 8 am.   Michael will send out a communica
LGA.

There is concern that some of the new games are causing confusion among the ladies. Donna and Mic
make changes to streamline as they deem required. 

The green tee locations have been standardized and we need to encourage our ladies to use the tee th
