    Step Target
    QA/QC Test
    Pressure: 150psi
    Feed Cond = 3000uS/cm
    Install New membrane element and run performance test at Feed Flow: 24 gpm
    specified test conditions Recovery = 15%

    Performance Test 1
    Pressure: 150psi
    Feed Cond = 3000uS/cm
    Install marker membrane element and run performance test at Feed Flow: 24 gpm
    test conditions for 1 hour Recovery = 15%

    CIP Testing 1
    Stop performance test and permeate flush < 1000uS/cm
    Switch feed to RO vessel to CIP chemical tank which is to be
    tested
    Perform CIP recirculation for 1 hour at CIP conditions Pressure: 40 psi
    Stop CIP recirculation after 1 hour.

    Switch to permeate and permeate flush until targets are met < 1,000 uS/cm

    Performance Test 2
    Pressure: 150psi
    Feed Cond = 3000uS/cm
    Install marker membrane element and run performance test at Feed Flow: 24 gpm
    test conditions for 1 hour Recovery = 15%
