wood carpentry for commercial and residential work in the city of Barranquilla. Our

3- JPV PROJECT in MISS UNIVERSO building: Remodeling of 3 floors for call

center including bathrooms, floors, lighting, cafeterias, divisions and furniture. Total

CHAPTER 1 - PRELIMINARY WORKS
DEMOLITIONS AND WITHDRAWAL OF MATERIALS
The demolition of the existing walls, veneer and existing floors will be done with
mechanical and manual equipment, avoiding affecting the work of the company.
Work will be done in the different zones, adjusting to the allowed work schedule.
Plastics, provisional divisions and signs will be placed to avoid affecting the
Sutherland operation.
The debris will be packed in recycled polypropylene bags, removed in cars with
rubber tires and deposited in the collection area designated by the contracting
party, from where they will be loaded onto trucks for their removal to the dump.
CHAPTER 2 - MASONRY
WALL IN VIBROPRESSED BLOCK OF 10 CMS
Refer this item to the lift in vibropressed block 10 cm thick that will form the walls of
the warehouse or offices.
The setting out of the masonry will be done before starting the block placement
works. It will be used vibropressed cement block well finished and smooth
surfaces.
The works will be executed by skilled labor, the mortar must cover, both the
horizontal and vertical joints and their thickness in sight will not be more than 1.5
cm. As mortar, 1: 4 mortar will be used.

CHAPTER 3 - HYDROSANITARY INSTALLATIONS
This item includes the supply and installation of pressure, sanitary and rainwater
PVC pipes and fittings, which will make up the project's hydro-sanitary networks.
These include the supply networks for drinking water, treated water, sanitary sewer
and rainwater, according to the details and the diameters indicated in the plans of
the project's plumbing installations.
POTABLE WATER NETWORK
For the establishment of drinking water supply network points, PVC pipe, of the
best quality, with the accessories (yee, joints, elbows, tee) installed and glued
following the manufacturer's recommendations and the installation manuals will be
used. .
SANITARY SEWAGE NETWORK
In this item and according to what is shown in the respective plan, it corresponds to
the drainage of the toilets, lavatrapero, dishwashers, urinals and floor siphon for 2
"points. Pipes and accessories of PVC Sanitary with the glue will be used,
accessories installed as recommended by the manufacturer.
CHAPTER 4 - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
This item includes the supply and installation of electrical networks to provide
electricity and lighting baths, the installation of motion sensors, switches and outlet
outlets. They will be executed following the good practices of electrical installations
and following the recommendations of RETIE, by qualified personnel for these
tasks.

CHAPTER 5 - ENCHAPES AND PAÑETES
CHAIN TREADMILL ON INTERNAL WALLS
On the internal walls of the offices, apply a layer of pañete leveled with mortar 1: 5,
with an average thickness of 1.5 cm.
After having dragged the previously applied mortar over the wall, it will be leveled
using a wooden trowel. The surface obtained must be perfectly plumb and flat;
CHAPTER 6 - FLOORS
LEVELING TEMPLATE E = 4 CMS
On the filling the slab of concrete of mezzanine, on the subfloor plate of first floor
and in those spaces where ceramic floor will be installed, a mortar leveling
template of a thickness of 4 cm will be placed that guarantees the leveling and
finishing of the ceramic floors.

FLOOR IN PORCELAIN 60 X 60 MATT ANTI-SLIP COLOR GRAY CLEAR
This item refers to the floors of the stipulated areas with matt porcelain size 60 x
60, light gray color is proposed, commercial traffic. Samples will be presented to
the contracting party for approval. The surfaces that receive this finish must contain
the slopes or slopes towards the drainage points. Then proceed to apply a layer of
Pegacor type adhesive or similar, prepared according to the manufacturer's

his item refers to the floors of the areas of the cafeteria where the 20 x 20 cement mosaic will be installed
in a design that will be previously presented to the contractor for approval, commercial traffic. The
surfaces that receive this finish must contain the slopes or slopes towards the drainage points. Then
proceed to apply a layer of Pegacor type adhesive or similar, prepared according to the manufacturer's
instructions. Then the tile will be placed making sure that it is well seated on the entire surface. The joints
will be coated with Binda de Sika, or similar according to the manufacturer.
SOCKET IN WALL PORCELANATE 7 CMS
This specification refers to the construction of the sockets with Porcelain tiles of the same floor
quality. The piece of Porcelain 60 x 60 cut with a veneer machine will be placed, without damage
on a clean and even cloth and on a layer of Pegacor or similar, taking care to be aligned and well
filled at the top.

This item refers to the construction of the false ceiling in sheets of plasterboard and galvanized
steel profiles composed of omegas and angles of 1 "x3 / 4", fixed to the walls with lace. The
ceiling will be supported by the structure of the mezzanine slab by means of 16-gauge galvanized
wire tensioners.
The surface obtained must be level and its finish must be completely clean.
CHAPTER 8 - LIGHTING
Light LED Type of Warm light will be installed on top, distributed according to the configuration
of the space to ensure the appropriate lighting level for each space.
CHAPTER 9 – PAINTS
PAINTING OF INTERIOR WALLS IN VINYL TYPE I THREE HANDS
Refer this item to the final finish of the walls and ceiling of the offices after having coated them.
On the polished stucco of the walls apply a base coat in vinyl type 3, white and finally two hands
of finishing in vinyl type 1. The vinyl must be dissolved in proportions according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
The surface will be checked to verify that the finish of the paint is correct without there being
roughness, ripples and different finishing planes on the same surface of the wall.

CLEANING IN WORK
It refers to the personnel provided by the contractor for the general cleaning of the work and to
cover the cleanliness of all the personnel that works in the work. At the end of the work a fine
cleaning of all finishes will be executed.

d. Quality and correct operation: 20% of the Contract Value for the term of execution
