this course for free. The promotional price will be applied to your purchase automatically.
You will need to enroll via a web browser on either a computer or a mobile device and not via
the Coursera mobile app to enroll for the course and certificate for free. Unfortunately, the
promotional price is not redeemable through the mobile app.

videos are available for adaptation and reuse under a Creative Commons Attribution-
NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 license. More information available here.

Can't Access the Assessments?

If you can't access any of the required assessments, including the end-of-module Provide Your
Feedback quizzes or the Final Assessment, you are most likely in audit mode. You need to
enroll for the certificate to be able to access the assessments. You can do that for free through
the promotion, which is automatically applied on checkout. We suggest you follow these steps.

1. Copy and paste these steps into a separate document so you can continue to access
them after you leave audit mode
2. Go to https://www.coursera.org/in-progress
3. Find the box for COVID-19 Contact Tracing
4. Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select un-enroll. This will remove you
from audit mode.
5. Go to https://www.coursera.org/learn/covid-19-contact-tracing
6. Click Enroll for Free
7. Select the option Purchase Course and click Continue
8. The promotional price will be applied and you should see a price of $0
9. Click Pay Now
