TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the herein VENDEE, KVR CONSTRUCTIONS
SERVICES, represented by its sole proprietor, ALBERT G. RAÑOA, of legal
age, married, Filipino and a resident of Block 42 Lot 5, Frontiera Gran Europa,
Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City, his executors and assigns, the above described
motor vehicle, together with all the accessories found thereon, and which motor
vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances.

A copy of the Secretary’s Certificate is hereto attached and made integral

part hereof as Annex “A”.
