FRUIT AND FLOWER FESTIVAL

The “fruit and flowers” festival held in the city of Ambato in Ecuador,
approximately betwwen February or March. This festival is one of the best in
Ecuador, because has many attractive things. The street is full decorations of
flowers and fruits. The people celebrate for four days. They remember the
earthquake and their celebrate the forces of people for get up.

The parade more important is the of “ Confraternidad” because the schools go out
on the street to parade with their war band and staffs, there is also the parade of
allegorical cars ,during of party the people eat the typical dishes of the Ambato
city, for example: ice creams of ficoa, bread of Pinllo, empanadas of wind,
empanada de morocho ,juices and smoothies.
