1. That we are the compulsory and sole legal heirs of the deceased MARCELINO B.
PERALTA who died on December, 2000, respectively in Tarlac City, Province of
Tarlac, photocopy of his Death Certificate is hereto attached;
2. That said deceased died intestate, without any Last Will or Testament, and without
any outstanding debts or accounts;
3. That the deceased left a certain parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. 89166 and more particularly described as follows:
4. That the above-described parcel of land is not tenanted and does not come within
the operation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program;
6. That FURTHER, we do hereby waive, transfer and convey all our rights, interest
and obligations over the above stated parcel of land left by our above deceased father
in favour of our brother, Don Bien Bandasan Peralta and who affixed his signature
herein below as manifested and his acceptance of the same and hereby assumes any
obligations that may arise with the said claim.

This instrument consisting of three (3) pages, including this page on which this
acknowledgment is written refers to an EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE WITH ABSOLUTE SALE and has been signed by the parties and their
witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
