B (60-69)  Poor usage of words and grammatical and spelling errors.
 It also fails to meet the demand of the question properly.
 No adherence to mentioned word limit.

C (50-59)  Fails to meet the demands of the question criteria in every

aspect.
 Answer is incomplete or incoherent showing misunderstanding
of the course material.
 Very rudimentary writing and lapses in accuracy and clarity.
 Clear weakness visible in many areas.
