CIRCULAR
SUBJECT: SALARY FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL- 2020

Please be informed that due to the prevailing situation of Corona outburst across the globe, business
dynamics have changed dynamically. We all need to realize the current situation of virus pandemic & its
epidemic challenges where our business is also struggling like many other companies globally affected. So
either hunting down our business or scale down our surplus staff overhead costs, MANAGEMENT prefers to
cut down salaries reasonably.

We will bring back same salaries structure once the COVID 19 situation breakout with the business and lives
get back normal In Sha Allah.

In order to cope with the economic challenge, the Management of KK Power International Pvt Ltd has
decided the following criteria for the payment of salaries/wages for the month of April-2020.

SALARIES CRITERIA FOR APRIL-2020

01 Rs. 30,000 to 50,000 or equivalent 20% Deduction
02 Rs.50,001 up to 100,000 or equivalent 30% Deduction
03 Rs.100,001 up to 200,000 or above 40% Deduction

This salary deduction criterion for the month of April 2020 is applicable to all KKP employees.
