    I would like to introduce myself, B. Prashanth Kumar  ( PhD Thesis
submitted) in the field of Modeling, Simulation and Optimization of Hetero
Junction Schottky Barrier MOSFET from National Institute of Technology,
Silchar, Assam, India. I did Masters in Microelectronics and VLSI at National
Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India. Currently, I am working as an
Assistant Profesor at Madanapalli Institute of Technology and Science (UGC
AUTONOMOUS), Andhra Pradesh, India.
I want to convey my research interest for the Postdoctoral position in your group. I
have a wide breadth of knowledge in several time-resolved Simulation techniques
in tunneling devices (Schottky Barrier MOSFET and TFET) and Junctionless
Transistor.
I am looking for an opportunity which enhances my abilities and strength. Your
lab research activities are exciting especially research on low band gap tunneling. I
have experience of simulation on low band gap devices. I possess good experience
in CMOS based applications. I hope my research experience closely related to your
