Note: The candidate should report at the allotted Test Centre on or before Reporting Time as mentioned for identity verification and registration formalities i.e.,
Biometric Data (Thump Impression & Photograph) Capturing and Frisking are done prior to allotment of computer nodes for appearing in test. The entry to
test centre will be closed half an hour before commencement of Computer Based Test.
3 The candidates should check the particulars viz., Name, Date of Birth, Post Applied, Category, Sub-category, etc mentioned in E-Admit Card carefully and
eligibility criteria prescribed for the post in all respects as per Advt. No.KVIC /Adm./Recruitment (UR/OBC/EWS)/2(30)/2019-20 .
4 The candidate may please note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment. You are being PROVISIONALY called for appearing in
Computer Based (Online) Test (CBT) without verifying your eligibility. Your candidature in the whole recruitment/selection process is "PURELY
PROVISIONAL" pending verification of documents and scrutiny of your eligibility as mentioned in KVIC Advt. No.KVIC /Adm./Recruitment (UR/
OBC/EWS)/2(30)/2019-20. Your candidature will be rejected at later stages of selection process and even after appointment if you do not fulfil the
eligibility criteria for the post applied and information provided is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the
advertisement in terms of Age, Caste Category, Sub-Category, Educational Qualification, Experience, Medical Fitness & Physical Requirements,
etc.
5 The candidate should bring only E-Admit Card, Photo Identity Card, Photograph and Ball Point Pen to Test Centre. The candidates will be
subjected to Physical Frisking or by Hand Held Metal Detector (Optional) by Security Guards at entry gates to prevent unauthorised access of prohibited
items and electronic devises to Test Centre.
The candidates are strictly advised not to bring prohibited items to Test Centre: (a) Reading Materials viz., Paper Chits, Notes, Books, Magazines, News
Paper, Plain Paper, Blades, Log Books, Log Tables, etc. (b) Stationery & Personal Accessories viz., Bags, Purse, Paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Clips,
Pouches, Markers, Sketch Pen, Eraser, Glue Stick, etc. (c) Electronic or Non Electronic Communication Devices & Gadgets viz., Mobile Phones,
Watches (including Analog & Digital), Digital Diaries, Blue Tooth Devices, Remote Vehicle Keys, Button Camera, Hand held Scanner, Head/Ear Phones,
Storage Devices, Remote Devices, Calculators, Health Bands, Pen Camera, SIM Cards, Radio Devices, Credit/Debit Cards, etc. (d) Weapons & Fire
Arms (including pellets or bullets), (e) Food items, Snacks, Beverages, Tobacco, Drinking Water (Open or Packed) or (f) Any other items which could be
used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth devices, etc. If any candidate is found in possession of any of these items,
his/her candidature is liable to be disqualified.
6 The candidate should also avoid metallic items, personal accessories, jewellery viz., Charms, Rings, Bracelets, Ear Rings, Nose Pins, Chains, Bangles,
Necklaces, Pendants, Badges, Belts, Broaches, Hair Pins, Goggles, Hair Band, Payal, Keys, etc. If candidates are found in possession of these items
they will be subject to separate thorough frisking and may be asked to remove these items in case the object is found to be suspicious by Test Centre
Administrators. KVIC/Test Centre Administrators will not be responsible for safe storage of above items and reserves right to deny/restrict any items that
may be disturb other candidates or it can be used for unfair means, malpractice, cheating, etc.
7 The biometric data (Thumb impression and Photograph) of each candidate will be captured prior to assigning computer nodes for appearing in test. The
candidates are advised to ensure that fingers of both hands are clean and dry for capturing finger print. (a) If fingers are coated (stamped ink, mehandi,
color, etc.), ensure to remove them before the finger print (biometric) is captured. (b) If fingers are dirty or dusty, ensure to wash and dry hands before
finger print is captured. (d) If the primary finger (thumb) to be captured is injured or damaged, immediately bring it to the notice of concerned authority at
test center.
Once the biometric data is captured, the Candidate should proceed to allotted computer node and should not leave the computer lab till completion of
Computer Based Test (CBT). After the computer based test, the candidates should report for bio-metric re-verification during exit. The candidate should
ensure that bio-metric image and photograph are captured properly during entry and exit as your bio-metric data captured during CBT may be verified at
various stages of selection process.
8 The USER/LOGIN ID and Password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be provided to the Candidate 15 minutes before the commencement of
examination at their respective computer terminal. The candidate will be required to enter User/Login ID and Password at allotted computer node for
appearing in Computer Based (Online) Test. The candidate should follow online instructions and should ensure the Name, Roll No, Post Applied,
Photograph and other details which subsequently appearing on the screen are correct.
9 The candidate should retain this E–Admit Card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time/stage of verification of
documents/eligiblity. The candidates should regularly visit the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) website http://www.kvic.org.in for latest
updates, notifications, instructions, circulars related to this recruitment.
10 Any query/objection related to any question and its option(s)/answer by the candidates will be addressed only through ONLINE 'Objection Link' within
three (03) days from the date when the link is provided at KVIC website http://www.kvic.org.in under intimation to all present candidates through alerts
to their registered Email ID/Cell No. The objection/complaint received through any other mode of communication/channel will not be entertained under
any circumstances, thereafter.
11 Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any
information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e., verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the
examination centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified
from examination. KVIC will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases will be reported to police, if necessary.
12 The candidates as per government guidelines who has disability as defined under Section 2® of “Rights of Persons with Disability Act 2016” in the
category of Blindness, Locomotor Disability (Both Arms Affected), Cerebral Palsy, Other Category shall opt for his or her own scribe for marking
responses (answers) on their behalf, if so desired, provided they have indicated such requirement in their online application that they belong to VH/OH
category of Persons with Bench Marked Disabilities and further provided that they produce (a) Medical Certificate (Appendix-I) in original issued by
competent medical authority regarding such disability (b) Letter of Undertaking (Appendix-II) and (c) Declaration by Candidate & Scribe (as mentioned in
following pages) needs to be produced at the time of entry to Test Centre.
All the candidates belonging to Persons with Bench marked Disabilities category will be allowed “compensatory time” of 40 minutes (over and above the
normal duration of examination i.e., 2:00 Hrs.)
