Personality affects the organization especially the relationship of every member in an


organization because personality talks about character, behavior and it is the way sees the
person as himself or herself. So, having a good personality of every member means a good
relationship in an organization.
2. It is very important to develop the different aspect of one’s personality because this will help
you to mingle or socialize with other people and at the same time this will lead you to become a
better individual.
3. To eradicate negative traits we need to have a positive outlook or perspective in life and let us
stop comparing ourselves to others
4. The lesson personality helps me as a member of an organization to understand more the
behaviors of my fellows and at the same time it taught me to become more sensitive to others
because we have different and unique personalities.
5. Yes, because I can now handle and face my problems squarely and at the same I am more
responsible in my actions and making decisions in life.
