 Responsibility: Co-ordinate with suppliers of Raw and Packaging
materials on procurement to ensure adequate stock holding. Training and
development of employees on Production process, GMP and Quality
Management Systems. To standardize the production process to ensure
consistent quality products. Minimize wastages to improve productivity.
Responsible for co-coordinating and executing all Control the defective
generation and dough wastage. Controlling of Raw material and Packing
material wastage and defective generation of biscuits and other Products.

 Observe producing products during condition of the machine.
 Identify any fault in products and report to PM/GM necessary action.
 Discuss with PM about overall production if necessary.
 Execute the overall floor work.
 Any other assignment given by the authority.

 To maintain stock of individual section raw materials, packaging materials etc. for
running production
 Gained skill on implementation of BSTI, ISO, GMP, HACCP, plant cleanliness
monitoring, analysis, equipment inspection, environmental monitoring, calibration etc.
 Expertise to test the Raw/packing materials, online production & final products
 Have skill on monitoring the production process and checking the quality parameters
 Update and implement all QA Documents activities according to HACCP, BSTI, ISO
requirements
 Address production employees- issues or grievances with support from HR
 To drive the factory production and continuous improvement and optimization of
processes.
 Arrange relevant training program for staff and workforce to ensure quality work
environment in the organization
 Effective cooperation with production, engineering, admin, warehouse in order to solve
quality issues
 Skill to manage all Lab activities
 Skill to supervise manpower
 Any other task assigned by the management

Job Context
Meghna Group of Industries has started its Biscuit, Chocolate, Noodles &
Wafer factory at its Industrial Economic Zone in Tripordi, Mogra para,
Sonargaon, Narayanganj. To run the Factory operation smoothly we are
looking for smart, dynamic and energetic professional.
Job Responsibilities
 Organize resources including receiving RM, PM, people, arranging of
machinery and others equipment to implement production plan.
 Prepare daily & monthly production plan.
 Control the production process as per process instruction.
 Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
 Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer
specifications.
 Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
 Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely
delivery of products.
 Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and
schedule.
 Provide necessary job training to workers to run the production smoothly.
 Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
 Assist the production head to prepare the production budget, developing
quality and efficiency improvement methods.
 Assess production line and keep continual improvement.
 Ensure and monitor employee safety and maintain hygiene and cleanliness
in the factory area.
 Assist to production head in order to prepare different types of report for
management e.g. Production report, production forecast etc. & submit
accordingly.
