    Gross Description:- Three soft tissue bits, each measuring 0.4 x 0.4 cms,.

    Microscopy :- H & E stained sections show sheets of squamous carcinoma cells.


    The tumor cells have enlarged, hyperchromatic nuclei and densely
    acidophilic cytoplasm.
    Keratin pearls are seen.

    Diagnosis:- MODERATELY DIFFERENTIATED, KERATINIZING SQUAMOUS
