MONTHLY TEST-1 TIME TABLE (Conducting Test Through Google class room)
Time: 2.30 PM to 4.00 PM
Instructions to staff members
➢ Send a copy of the question paper through mail to Mrs.S.Sahunthala,AP-III/IT .
➢ Schedule the question paper at 2:25 pm to 4:05 pm in your respective Google Classroom.
➢ It is the responsibility of the individual subject staff members to post and schedule the question
in Google Classroom.
➢ Pattern :
PART-A 5*2 = 10 marks
PART-B 13*2 = 26 Marks (Internal Choice)
PART-C 14*1 = 14 Marks
➢ Grade the answer papers in Google Classroom.
➢ Submit MT1 marksheet to the HOD as usual within 3 days after completion of exam.
Instruction to the students:

⮚ Question Paper will be posted by 2.25 PM at the Google class room for the respective subjects.

⮚ Students must use a neat A4 sheet to write the exam.

⮚ The answer script MUST contain the following information

Register Number :
Subject code:
Subject Name :
Date :

⮚ Students must submit the answer script photocopy on or before 4.05 PM at the Google class
room for the respective subject. The attendance will be given to those who submit within the
given time. Otherwise it is considered as absent.

⮚ Students need not come online.Just sit and write the exam at your home and post pdf format of
the answer sheet into the respective subject Google Classroom.STRICTLY EXAM TIMINGS IS
FROM 2:30 TO 4:00 PM AS PER THE TIMETABLE.
