Details:
First plot:
Would like the SD (standard deviation) to be less than 10 percent of the mean PFP (peak firing pressure).
Ideally, the SD should be 6 to 8 percent. The dashed line indicates the 10 percent level.
Under ideal conditions, we would like to see the COV approach a value of 10 to 20 percent on spark ignited (SI) engines.
COV should not normally be used with diesel (CI) engines.
Third plot:
Would normally like to see the location of the peak firing pressure (PFP) angle be between 15 and 21 degrees
on a two stroke spark ignited engine. On a four stroke spark ignited engine would like to see the PFP angle be
between 18 and 25 degrees. On diesel engines we would normally like to see a PFP angle between 7 and 13 degrees.

Details:
Second plot:
CPR is the ratio of PFP / Compression Pressure. A value above 2.5 would indicate conditions favoring detonation occurring.
It is a good indicator of A/F ratio from cylinder to cylinder. This value is sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used
or compression pressure is estimated.
The 2.5 level is indicated with a dashed line if the y axis scale permits it.
Third plot:
CQI is Combustion Quality Index defined as (PFP - Compression Pressure) / (SD + 1).
In an open chamber power cylinder would like to see a value of 5 or greater, would like to see 10 or greater if a PCC is on the cylinder.
Dashed lines indicate the 5 and 10 levels on the CQI plot assuming the y axis scale permits it.
This value is sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.

Details:
First plot:
CP/t is the amount of compression pressure rise (in pressure units) caused by the temperature created due to the compression process.
%CP temp is the % of pressure rise due to heat (temperature increase).
These values are sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.
Second plot:
RC1 is the ratio of the Compression Pressure / Manifold Pressure.
RC2 is the ratio of the Compression Pressure / (Pressure after air filter). Press after air filter estimated using (atm - 0.29 psi)
These values are sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.
Third plot:
ECRdyn is the Effective Compression Ratio (dynamic) - taking air from atmospheric to Compression Pressure.
ECRb is the Effective Compression Ratio (boosted) - taking air from the port closing to Compression Pressure.
These values are sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.

Details:
First plot:
Compression pressure from measured power curve.
This value is sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.
If you are using the compression model but some of the cylinders have a * below them, there was some problem encountered
using the compression model and the estimated compression pressure was used. It would be a good idea to view these curves
to see if there is some type of data collection problem.
Second plot:
Compression Ratio estimated from the power cylinder compression pressure model using the measured power curve.
The unit average compression is also given as a % of clearance of power cylinder stroke volume.
This value is sensitive to whether the power cylinder compression model is used or compression pressure is estimated.
