Reyes was recruited in order to lead the HR department in a restaurant in early 2010.

The first

and foremost problem with the wraptItUp was their high turnover in the organization and second

problem was the satisfaction of customer which was continuously decline with the time. And the

last and more crucial problem was the revenue flat because once customer not fully satisfied

from the products and services they are providing then it is difficult to generate or elicit the

revenue. The main and core mission of the Reyes is to just see the bottom line and identify the

problem then ultimate solution in order to get rid of such problem. But all these three problems

are related to each other like if the customer are not satisfy then the moral of their employees will

be low and can’t even do single task in organization and due to which the revenue or profit or

organization decline with the time and if the chain of problem is not solve then there will be a

problem again and don’t reach to the bottom of the problem. So in general the problems in the

case are

 High Employees turnover

 Customer dissatisfaction

 Revenue decline

The primary problem is customer dissatisfaction because due to this employees turnover is high

and the profit decline or decrease with the time and secondary problem is employee’s turnover

and symptom of the problem is turnover in this case.

Every organization or firm in the world face some sort of problems in their daily life but a

successful organization is one to tackle with such problem on time and how the problem are

identify on routine basis. Once problem arise then solution is ultimate way to overcome with

problem and collect so many solution and alterative then select the one which best suit the
problems and solve in great manner. Here in this case the problem are exists but solution is also

available.

Solution:

The first problem is to be solved with by giving handsome wages and other benefit to the

employees so they couldn’t change or divert from the organization for several years.

Organization having or giving good wages is successful as compared to other organization which

gives low wages. And second problem should be solved by satisfaction of customer. Now

customer satisfaction is elicit with number of ways like give products in discount offer, buy one

get one free method and by other bonus to their employee. Because customer satisfaction is

ultimate goal of any organization due to which they will generate profit as well as the good will

of organization. Any organization which earns the brand name is to be more successful as

compared to those organization which only run behind the profit.

When a company or organization provide basic requirements to their employees and happy

employees always lead to make a great amount of profit. So here in this case first the customer

satisfaction is crucial because it will lead to make happy the customers and due to which more

and more customers will visits the company and buy products and services according to their

own choice and also the products which are necessary for their life.
So in general the overall case is present the problem of high turoner and Reyes want to solve

this on urgent basis.
