Two Modes of Thinking

Focused Mode - paying close attention when trying to learn something new which
causes a “switch on” to certain parts of the brain (frontal lobe)
Diffused Mode - relaxing the mind and keeping it free flowing. This is the “letting
go” mode gradually after the focused mode.
